A British summer classic, thanks Lottie!

A British summer classic, thanks Lottie!

Ingredients

2oz Pimm’s #1
3oz Ginger ale (or use 7Up, lemonade, champagne)
1 or 2 Cucumber wheel, or spear
1 Strawberry, sliced into quarters (or berries)
½ Orange wheel (halved)
1 lemon wheel
6 Mint leaves (slap them around in your hand, then put in)

Drop all of the fruits and veggies into the cup glass tankard. Then, drop in 3-4 big ice cubes. Follow-up by pouring liquid ingredients into the tankard. Then, stir vigorously and slightly muddle until well chilled and mixed (about 30-45 sec). Alternatively, you could mix the liquids in a pitcher and pour contents into the tankards which have the veggies/fruit.

Last but not least, speak in a posh British accent. Comment about the Queen and how society has devolved into slags and chavs.😛
