2 oz top-shelf Gin (St. George Botanivore, Hendricks)
¾ oz Sweet vermouth
¼ oz Luxardo
1 dash Angostura bitters
Pour ingredients into a shaker or pitcher adding a 3-4 big ice cubes, or handful of crushed ice. Stir vigorously and consistently until well chilled (about 30-45 sec). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass (add an orange, lemon twist or cherry as garnish).
